Don't get me wrong, it was a fine film. It had some strong realistic performances. But MAN...does it have to be so friggin miserable?! I felt like a manic depressive after it was over. Just some dude who loved his bike and no one would let him keep it.
same. it was very depressing. The fact that he kept getting his bike taken from him, yet he couldn't live without it was so sad. Makes you realise how hard it is for poorer people to survive, when the odds are against them.
naw, Ruang Rak Noi Nid Mahasan (Last Life....) wasn'that depressing. . .it made me want something more but not depressed...plus, i don'think Kenji was depressed in thend...i think he was enlightened. i think the most depressing film i saw and own is Hatoru No Haka (Grave of the Fireflies) . . . and Taegukgi Hwinalrimyeo (Brotherhood of War) andefinitely Xingfu Shiguang (Happy Times) - not so happy, damn, i cried so hard in the last 20 minutes, i waso upset i couldn't stand it
Yes it was a sad depressing movie with the most stupid ending in a movie I have seen for a long while. I'll be cautious next time I see a movie synopsis like this one.
