Manos Spoof?

I was looking up Manos: The Hands of Fate here in IMDB, and according to the Movie Links page, there's a Manos spoof in Paper Mario. I've played Paper Mario in its entirety years ago, but I don't remember any references to Manos.

Does anyone know if this is true, or just an error?

Its very brief, but a villain, i forget which one, its been a while since 9i played, is wearing the big cloak with the hands on it that the master wears. Hope that helps!
