Anyone recognize Dr. Ortmeyer's voice?

Orthmeier, Ort-meyer, whatever.

Anyway, he sounds extremely familiar to me, but I just can't place it. Of course, it could just be that it sounds like the generic Romanian "vampire" voice. The credits only list David Bateson specifically, so that doesn't help.
