When's the sequel coming out?

Probobly NEVER since it was a HUGE box office flop.

They actually had one planned, but it was [from what I heard from one of the actors] basically the same thing as the first one. They break up, Ted becomes a lounge singer... etc, etc. Personally, I like the fanfiction sequel better.
