Loved the ending.

Where he tells her that her father killed his, and he got revenge by killing her father. And how his book even though it seems like a great heart felt book, its actually just something he wrote as wishful thinking and got lucky when it sold big.

Then she's gets angry and says, "to hell with all that!". And starts to walk away and he pulls out a gun and shoots her... hah! Best comeback ever, and what makes it funnier is that she didn't even see it coming. The way she got angry seems to suggest that shes in control and going to leave him...

I'm so glad this movie avoided the tired old cliche of the good guy coming in the last second to save the day, and somehow not end with her getting shot at least once in the chest, which is what would happen in a real life situation. I'm also so glad that this movie avoids the classic good guys win ending, where they ride off into the sun set, kissing on the end of a big cruise ship.. At the start of the movie I was starting to think that the ending was going to be a cliche because of the 'romantic comedy' tone of the movie, (which was completely unnecessary) but luckily I was proven wrong!!

Its ending redeems this whole film! I give 4 stars out of 10!! Bravo!!!
