worth watching?

before i go out and rent this film is it really worth watching or is it one of those low budget films that one person liked so everyone else joined the band wagon to be cool?

i thought it was worth watching, not because everybody else did but because i did, i think you will enjoy it...actually it depends on what kind of movies you watch, but if you like drama and stuff then you will like it.

Hell yes it's worth watching. I literally put it in not knowing anything about it and loved it.

yep same with me. im a big uma fan so i thought i would get it. great movie...it made me appreciate ethan hawk more. hes hilarious in the movie and soo cute!

I thought that this was really good. I caught it on the IFC, and was compelled to watch it. The acting is VERY good. It seems at first like a typical drama but spirals into a much deeper story. definetely worth watching.

No if you're easily bored, which is okay. You have to be in the mood. But it's a good film.

yeah sorry that i didn't post any sooner, but I had watched the trailer right after i made this topic, and I determined that the movie would be super boring to me...i'm the kind of guy where the movie has to at least be interesting or good for an hour..not 15 minutes at the end.

...well...it was interesting...and good the hole movie so i don't get your point. Just because it's too deep for you doesn't mean that its not good.

i never said the movie wasn't good, i just said i probably wouldn't like it.
and that it would probably be boring to me

but anyways even if i did say it wasn't good, so what it's just an opinion, if you let one opinion change your mind about watching a movie, then you shouldn't watch movies, because you're basically getting permission to watch them

I thought it was amazing.

I never realized what a great acress Uma is until I saw this film.

It can be considered slightly boring in spots, but only if you normally feast on mindless action films and MTV. -otherwise you will likely be totally sucked in.

This one just made my "top ten of all time" list, though for slightly different reaosns than the other nine.

I just watched it on the IFC channel, I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. It was overall pretty good. And I found that fact that they showed before the movie that only less than 10 percent of girls report date rapes to be quite shocking.

I think it's worth watching if you're the sort of person who likes stage plays. I get impatient with the somewhat artificial repartee of the theater, which seems even more artificial in a movie, where there's no stage or lights to remind you it's "high art." When people keep firing "Why?" at each other in this movie, for instance--it seems really hoky to me. I also felt that way while watching "The Lion in Winter" and "Butley," two other film versions of stage plays. In all these cases the acting is great, but that doesn't help the claustrophobic atmosphere much!

I felt really claustrophobic watching this film however it all breaked away by the actors how they give their performance it felt Real!!

This movie is really great it's worth renting,

and the remark about the band wagon how everybody wanted to be cool by complimenting a movie that one person liked is very clever of you.

These are the movie that everybody tried to be in the bandwagon

Is that a jab at Face/Off? I like Face/Off. Face/Off was good.

Anyway, it's not a boring movie, just because it doesn't have explosions and car chases. And if that's the only thing you want from a movie then I suggest you find another hobby, like Russian Roulette. No offense.
