If you live in Canada you can order it at any Rogers Video outlet. I went in and asked (almost sure they would give me a confused look) yet the guy punched it up and it cost under $10, give that a shot. I believe Blockbuster can order it as well if you live in the states or are closer to one of those outlets.
P.S. yes this movie is stupid and at times over-simplified but really it is worth the purchase just for the one-liners (ex. "POD", "hear you're packin' a beer can", etc...)
