Just got CS Anthology, few questions

Iv been playing non-stop CS:CZ with bots because of the fact I have been finding it difficult to get into a comfortable game with other players, so I've got a few questions.

1)Is there any way to decrease the loading times? They are driving me crazy!!
2)I've played about 4 games with other players, but there has been constant lag in each of them
3)My favourite map so far is office, any other similar maps (e.g. office setting, indoors)
4)How can I configure settings to toggle the duck button, I don't really like holding it down.
5)What on earth is ricochet, I can't get it to work.

3)Try cs_assault. Part is outdoor, part is indoor. It is a hostage mission

5) your in space, like on platforms and you have to fire these like balls at the other people and the balls can bounce of the walls on the side. dont bother getting it to work it SUCKS
