the urethane wheels

I am old enough to have used the old clay wheels in the 1960's before the urethane wheels and wow what a difference. I busted up in the movie lords of dogtown when one of the guys was riding with old wheels, hit a rock on the sidewalk, the wheels locked up like a disc brake and he went flying. that happened to me a hundred times. man did that bring back memories.
