When am I supposed to watch this?

I downloaded a torrent of the entire series and it came with the movie, listing it as episode 23.5. So am I supposed to watch it after 23 or after the final episode like with Gundam Wing?

I watched the movie after watching the series and it flowed just fine (in fact, I watched it the other day. Just cuz).

I'm thinking of rewatching the series soon, and when I do, I'll probably watch it in between Sessions 22 & 23, as that seems to be the most popular placing of it.
