I know I'm in the minority... BUT...

Does anyone else feel as if LAW & ORDER: CRIMINAL INTENT is the weakest of the L&O series?

It's still a fun watch when you're off work (like comfort food), and not as insulting to the intelligence as a lot of the CSI shows are... but... after watching enough of the "Goren and Eames Show" I noticed how odd the actors played the characters.

There were plenty of times where they stumbled on clues or came to conclusions for no other reason than either the script dictated they know or they straight up had psychic powers.

I have a running theory/joke with my brother that Goren and Eames are aliens masquerading as humans, and decided to act as "detectives" in their mission to observe humanity. Maybe Vince really didn't die at the end of MEN IN BLACK 😀

Lol

I disagree. SVU is the worst, in my opinion. I don't find stories about sexual crimes by mentally ill people entertaining. I prefer challenging stories on an intellectual level time well spent.

SVU used to be good, now it is the weakest of the 3 successful ones. It is a preachy soap opera.

However seasons 6 and 7 of CI were a terrible soap opera as well, at least the Goren episodes were. I hated what they did to Goren's character.

reply

Xeliou-I totally agree with you there. The earlier years were the best.

reply

No, LOCI not the weakest. SVU is the weakest.

No, I like all of the Law & Order franchise, and I've seen them all, except L&O UK, which I'm just starting. Now it's time to start over with the others! Love them all! Especially anything with Goren.
