A Better World

Does anyone else realise BatLord orchestrated his solo take over of his entire world by getting rid of the other Justice Lords there? Rewatching that episode it was pretty clear. The others Lords note that Bats has been spending a lot of time in his lair, meanwhile he is looking for the right world before telling the others. Knowing they wouldn't be able to resist enforcing their rule on another world just like theirs they go there while he remains behind. The Justice Lords were defeated and taken away while Batlord returned to his domain alone and supreme leader.
