I remembered when I was 12 when I saw that on my birthday on a rerun on Fox ( I missed out on it the first time i saw it) I watched it with my big brother and I remembered once Selina comes out with her new looks out of the exhibit I said "What the hell?" all surprised. Then after commercial break when she did this seductive pose in the exhibit I said "MY GOD SHE IS HOT!" as I howled and whistled at her, I was staring at her throughout the whole episode with my jaw dropped and I was fantasizing about her. My big brother teased me and thought I was nuts, LOL that brings back memories. Afterall I just adore Catwoman for 25 years since I was 7/8 watching reruns of the 60's Batman show and reading the comics and I adored her no matter how she looks like as she was my number one comic book dreamgirl for it didn't matter if she was blonde/brunette on TAS, purple suit from comics with long hair, Michelle/Lee/Julie and even Tyger Tyger version I adored her back then as I even fantasized about Catwoman in any version during my puberty/teenhood. Yet I had to admit mutated Selina was on par on with other 80s/90s cartoon feline hotties I dug back then like Cleo on Heathcliff, Aishia Clan Clan, Bagi from Bagi The Monster of Mighty Nature, Cheetara and Pumraya on Thundercats, Callie on Swat Kats, Kit Mambo from Animalympics, Pam and Polly from Eek The cat, Kitten Kaboodle from Talespin, Felicia, the She-Panther from the Pink Panther Valentine Special, Jenny on Bucky O'Hare, Felicia from Darkstalkers, M'ress on Star Trek TAS and Puma Sisters from Tank Police, remember them? Yet the only thing better than mutated Catwoman is Cheetah all the way as Cheetah was meant to be an actual cat-woman and has a nice voice too not to mention lovely red lips. Do you think when she was Dr Minerva she worked for Dr Dorian and used a bit of T99 in her formula with cheetah DNA that transformed her into the feline sexpot she is?

Batman and Cheetah sitting in a tree, k-I-s-s-I-n-g first comes love than comes marriage then comes Bruce Wayne and Cheetah with a baby carriage containing a half human-half cheetah fusion mix mutant. LOL, at people, firstly yes the way Cheeah was drawn indeed made her hot, and yes I would hit it.
Second the accusation of bestiality because the OP thought she was hot is wrong as Cheetah is a human woman who in this series wound up like she did due to a scientific experiment gone awry. But for all technical purposes she was a woman, not a lab animal that became humanoid.

Possibly, I know they changed the Cheetahs backstory somewhat for this animated series, but you idea is a possibility, as far as her backstory though all that is known from the episodes she is in is that she experimented on herself and wound up the way she did.
