I enjoyed this film too. Maybe not as much as I could have, but I do think it is a well done independant horror. The cinematography, eerie music, characterization, etc. were all quite well. Best of all is its ambiguity. The Wendigo could be real, the boy could be insane from trauma, or any of many other theories.
shareit really is an amazing movie
sharepretty much as good as indie horror gets. a must
shareThis was a good movie. But in a different way to many others. Thats my opinion anyway.

Like I said elsewhere in this section, a real unexpected treat. I also liked the ambiguity and the feeling that the story could really move in any direction. Not pat; dislocative, you're never sure who's view of what's happening is real.
And Patricia Clarkson, who's never put a foot wrong in a movie that I've seen.
