In the end of the movie,they mentioned that Evelyn's daughter Alexandra(i think that's her name)died. i'm wondering, how?. they also mentioned that she died in 1959,so how old was she when she died?. it'll be great if someone could answer my question.thanks.

Alexandra was Evelyn's mother, not her daughter.
The following info comes from "The Torso Murder" (2001) by Brian Vallee:
Alexandra died in 1964; her husband Don, Evelyn's father, died in 1955.
Her daughter Heather, who goes by her middle name Maria, is - or was, as of 2001 - still very much alive and living in the Toronto area. Heather was raised by Alexandra and went on to marry Robert Muirhead. They had 1 child, a daughter named Cindy but divorced in 1967 - Robert committed suicide 5 years later.
