This film is awsome! I love the Tarkan comic books too! This whole idea of Tarkan is incredible!!!
But why hasn't anyone said anything about this film? Am I the only one who saw this masterpiece?
This draws to many unanswered questions. But I think it's a real shame that no-one takes an interest in these things.
I've seen this film... i loved it. Especially the bits with that octopus thing, and when the dog had tears running down his face. Some pretty classic stuff
shareOkay, I just finished watching this. Hysterical.
Not only was the dog crying funny, but when the other dog died, they did a camera take to him with a fast zoom with dramatic music. Laughed out loud. They actually did get some better acting out of the dogs than half the cast.
The wigs and mustaches were awesome, as were the lovely ladies.
And they always came back to the slaves rowing the viking boats for some reason. Like "hey we paid for this set, we might as well keep coming back to it". And, of course, when you see the boat from the outside, it's like an 18' sailboat with no room for rowing slaves below.
All in all, very worth it. It's like the old Hercules movies on a Doctor Who budget.
