VHS version end credit (could be spoiler)

I watched the VHS version of this movie last night.
I noticed that two minutes after the end credits have all finished, there's two clips showing alternate openings of this movie as White Lies for its title.
The two alternate openings, which are approximately 2 minutes in total, continue until the VHS tape actually runs out. It's recorded to the very end of the tape as if they added this without checking to see if they'd be enough room for this.
I thought this was interesting because compared with DVDs and BlueRays, VHS tapes are limited as to the amount of extra contents that can fit onto a tape.

At the start of the segment it's printed:
"RAINMAKER DIGITAL PICTURES
SNOWBOUND
SNOWBALL PRODUCTION INC.
ALTERNATE VERSION
WHITE LIES"
