OK im not sure if this is the same movie but i know it took place in a prison does anyone know if this is from this movie...

the killer and someone are on the roof and u hear the camera man say "hurry up im running out of film" i was just wondering if it was this movie cause if it was i have to buy it lol

Not I'm afraid this isn't the movie you're looking for.
It's named "Prison of the Dead" because the place where the movie takes place was a prison before (in the movie of course).

I have to watch the movie you describe though that's a serious goof!!
