When Jilli Hopper had been injected with a poison in the hotel room, her attacker then got on top of her and it looked from a distance that he was raping her - all in the blury sight of a drugged up Eli. After she was found dead, no one had mentioned, however, that she was raped. Eli could not remember a thing or, at the exact time while he was in the bathroom, make out what was going on.
