It's called Cry of the Celtic.
The version I have is by Flogging Molly. Don't know if the one in the movie is by them, but that's the name of the song they're step-dancing to.

reply

Actually the song is just called Molly Malone. This isn't exactly the guys from Luck of the Irish singing it, but they're not too bad.

To me it sounds like "Cry of the Celts" which is from The Lord of the Dance. It looks to me like the dancers may have even used Michael Flatley's original steps.

it does sound a lot like Cry of the Celts, but that's not it
i managed to convert a youtube video of that scene into an MP3 file, and just renamed it Dancing Leprechaun, because that was the original title of the video

Lord of the Dance?
Saint of the Step?

Coincidence?

reply

The name of the song is Johnny I hardly knew ye. It's an Irish folk song about war.
