More please!

Why aren't all sessions of the all-stars recorded and released to all fans across the globe?

I can't go to USA to see them or Brad and Colin show, if they were released in DVDs I would buy them and I'm sure many more would. So why not?

After whose line ended there was simply no way to follow these guys work from anywhere else in the world...
