How does pinhead explain the events of hellbound to kirsty?

That's in the deleted scenes. Otherwise, it's not mentioned.
At any rate, Pinhead is good at manipulating things to get his way. He knows he was a different person back then, he doesn't care. The main plot hole is why Kirsty isn't surprised he still exists. Only possible explanation is she somehow heard about events of, perhaps, HR3.
