Is it safe to assume he was tortured for all eternity?

When the male lead(I can't recall his name) realizes he is the fifth soul is it safe to assume he is subjected to eternal suffering? The reason I ask is because after Pinhead left he was left standing unharmed.

It's actually The Labyrinth, which isn't really hell. The Cenobites aren't demons either, just creatures from another plane of existence.

Yeah I know that, but I think those were more metaphorical references than a literal statement. As far as I know Clive Barker's Hellbound Heart wasn't referencing Hell when he talks about Levithan's Labyrinth. I think it's a common misconception, and he fact that the film series is called "Hell"raiser doesn't help lol.

Yeah your right, but you get my point I think. Barker doesn't seem too keen on judeo-christian ideas like Heaven and Hell in general. He has a much more esoteric point of view it seems.

What he said.

He had to leave his pet eel behind though.

"Every living creature on this earth dies alone."
