Adrenalin pump needed!!

The premise sounded good so I put it on my TIVO "to do" list. I'm surprised TIVO didn't purge it from the list on its own. I'm sure the producer had a unique angle on this movie. Make it mild and undisturbing, almost relaxing, so that the older people could enjoy the excitement of a mid-air hijacking and still nod off occasionally as needed. And having the actors hold back showing of fear or emotion would avoid incontinence problems. Otherwise, adrenalin pumps were really needed for this movie.

You know you're in trouble when the stewardess (pardon me . . . female flight attendant) knocks out all of the bad guys, mostly by accident. Fred Olen Ray seldom makes good movies, but he usually injects his product with a certain amount of action. I have no idea what he had in mind with this, uh, disappointment. Maybe he wanted to get a little closer to the actress? Steve.

I only caught the last 30 minutes of Air Rage and that was switching back and forth between Air Rage and Rocky IV. The premise was good, although overly used, what I didn't like was the lack of realism, the producer/director didn't even try to make the flight controls real. As was said previously there are 4 control levers for the engines, magnetic headings only go up to 360 and NOT 512. You put down the flaps on approach on landing you put up spoilers to make sure the plane stays on the ground. If you want to watch a pilot cringe rent this movie and watch him/her.

I just happened to see this and was surprised by how ill looking actor Gil Gerard seemed to be. Damn.

I was also shock by Gil Gerald appearance. I grew up watching him on Buck Rogers. I had no idea he was still alive and that he Looks like Jabba the Hutt. I bet the told the camera man not to shoot below his waist because his belt would bust open. I would love to see him do Jenny Craig commericals.

I agree that this movie is horrible. And plus its so unrealistic!!!? The person who created this movie should have thought more than enough to make this movie more realistic. For example; there was a gun shot at the bottom of the air plane! The doors are all opened towards the other hijackers! And they didn't hear anything? How fake is that? Your in an air plane with a machine gun, of course you will be heard. Plus, I do not understand why the hijackers have so bad aiming since they did some military business.

Plus, I do not know how in the world bullets would travel if you shoot someone close by, I am sure the bullets would go right through! But that didn't how, how fake is that?
