If they where not a company but a "human experiment" did they have tax troubles at any point? I mean if it wasnt an actual company where they charged for royalties etc?

yer. especially when they where still taking money frm new order and royalties from Joy division.
also with Happy mondays being the biggest band on the club scene and the Hascienda being the most famous club in Britain.
I really cant see they had so much loss out of DJ's and doormen and lack of people buying alcohol.
probably something else going on that mr wilson doesnt want to say
