Whether it was Coogan improvising or dialogue based on actual Tony Wilson utterances the "exposition" Wilson/Coogan launches into after being introduced as the host of WOF regarding the "deeper significance" of the "Wheel" is hilarious. I think that's when the actual Tony Wilson, playing the director, says, "We'll edit out all that rubbish..." or something similar.
