Maybe I would have appreciated S2 more if...

...they had posted a disclaimer before the start of 2.01. Maybe something along the lines of:

"VIEWER ADVISORY:
Thank you for the investment of your time so far, and returning to us for our second season of a show that you enjoyed. But we had this idea- we're going to sh!tcan the show to date, and have a "do-over". So if you were thinking to yourself "Boy, what this show really needs is an asshat of the week who hatches increasingly idiotic plans for global domination (most of which wouldn't even cut it on "Pinky and the Brain"), then by all means, enjoy."

Props to the cast for sticking with it and doing the best they could with the material. Personally, I would have been begging for the writers to pencil in a 2000 pound Acme anvil to fall on my head midway through the first episode.
