Almost Perfect.

This dvd set has soooo much to offer. But, it still somehow manages to come up short. When I see the Criterion label on a dvd, I expect the most complete representation of something. This is almost it, but not quite. All of the videos from License to Ill are missing. They should have included the entire LTI home video, what was it like 30 min. long?? But, I guess someone must have thought that 1,000 hours of remixes would cause eveyone to forget about it. Other than that, this is nearly perfect.

My Noggin' is Hoggin' all kinds of thoughts!!

It probably has something to do with the fact that Licensed To Ill was on Def Jam Records. After that, they jumped ship and everything after has been released on Capitol and/or Grand Royal. Rick Rubin and Def Jam probably owns the rights to everything from Licensed To Ill. Maybe they asked too much to license the songs and videos for the DVD?

I agree, though; having the Licensed To Ill stuff on this DVD would've made it perfect, but it's pretty d*mn good as is.
