Any mention of Shakespeare?

Yes. During the bit on Richard II, Simon Schama quotes from the Shakespeare play of the same name. I think it was in the episode "King Death" about Britain's black plague years. There may be more references, but that's the only one I remember off the top of my head. Great series!

There is no extensive treatment of Shakespeare if I remember correctly.
