Best film at Tribeca, Best film of year so far

3rd week out here, and it's now only playing in the 2 crappiest theaters in NYC--the Quad and Imagin Asian. What's up? This was my favorite film at the Tribeca Film Festival back in April. And so far, my favorite film of the year (above NOBODY KNOWS and SIN CITY).

THE BEAUTIFUL COUNTRY is such a great journey film. Amazing. The story, the acting, the cinematography all stand out. Such a beautiful film, a journey film that takes us from Vietnam to Texas, with hardships, racism, and death along the way.

If it comes to your area, or if you're in NYC, go out of your way to see this film!
