DVD

Hey, I'm trying to get a copy of this on DVD after seeing the film once a couple of years ago with these sweet kids I used to babysit.
Amazon.ca is giving me one available copy in Utah, and I prefer not to use Amazon.com because then the prices are in American dollars as opposed to Canadian, but as it is, it's going to cost me 30 dollars Canadian, but I can't be sure if it's the proper region or anything--does anyone know of smaller, but still trustworthy independant sellers in Canada, (North America if there's none in Canada.) I nearly got it on BestBuy.com years ago, but I went back and checked and they don't have it anymore. When I first tried to buy it, my friend ordered it for me from an Indian company and the DVD never arrived, even though he got billed--and we're both too baffled by the website to be able to figure out what's going on. So we're just 20 bucks shorter as it is. So you can see why I want to try buying from a trustworthy source, or something that I can verify. Amazon.ca is being odd, and there's no pictures or anything available.
Any suggestions of online stores where I can get a good copy in North America (specifically Canada)?
