Help with a movie

I think this movie aired on Up All Night around 1993. There were three attractive women living in this one house, and they were looking to pick up rich men. One of them (I will call her the leader) sees this rich guy jogging near her house, and they end up in bed together (although they aren't just fooling around. They are lying next to each other doing different things, and she's in her lingerie). I think that one of them dumped their boyfriend because he couldn't afford sex wax for his surf board or something.
