i'm very confused...

I started watching the show a few years ago, but with the everchanging schedule on CBC I missed a lot of the episodes... and now it's playing on Thursdays, which is great, but I'm so confused. When I watched the show the last time (for a few months), Jen was pregnant. What happened with that storyline? Did she lose the baby or have an abortion? IF someone could help answer the questions, I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!
