filming location?

does anyone know if the intro was shot in Walnut Grove BC? i remember seeing the intro to this show one night when i was in highschool and suddenly saw it flash a picture of my school.

it is the same design, i just don't know if it's the same building but the sign that it shows that says "88th ave" could also be from that area as it is the main street in Walnut Grove.
