What happened to Jennifer's pregnacy?

Which part? When she got pregnant, or when she lost the baby? Chris gets her pregnant and takes off when he finds out, and I think she lost the baby because of a medical condition she has (which is eerie, since the same thing happened to another cast member in real life).

They explain it in the first episode of season 5. Since you're probably watching this on Encore Wam, you're going to be confused about a bunch of things because Encore is playing the 5th season out of order.
