Did they skip a few episodes on Lifetime? The episodes went from CD and Nate admitting their feelings for one another and Kate recovering from her stroke, then the next episode Nate comes back after a leave of absence with a scruffy beard and Kate back at work, and apparetnly CD was history. The only thing that was said was when Nate told Raina that CD left him, the house, everything. Does anyone know the back story here? Thanks!

The episode where CD and Nate talk about their feelings (and kiss?) was the end of one season and the episode where CD is gone is the premiere of the next. Tracy Needham decided to leave the show and CD leaving Nate is how the writers chose to get rid of her character. I forget if CD just decided she couldnt be with another cop or if she had gotten shot and couldnt deal with being on the force anymore? The details are fuzzy. But in any case I was so disappointed that they didnt stay together.

This episode was towards the end of season 3, named "Thus With a Kiss I Die". CD gets shot in the last episode named "Acts of Betrayal". In the fourth and last season Nate returns from a leave of absence. CD had dumped Nate. CD recovers from being shot but does not return to the force.

As far as I know(an heard) Tracey did not ask to leave, the idiot writers said they had gone as far with that story. UGH I could not even watch the last season because of that.
