Tired of episodes about men accused of killing their wives/girlfriends

I turn on the tv guide this evening and the first episode is a man accused of killing his wife and the second episode is about a man accused of killing his girlfriend.

Can't they do any other type of crimes?

reply

Maybe because so many murder cases involve men who kill their wives. i know what you mean though. Dateline seems to show more of a variety, not that much though.

It's like 30 seconds into the show you know the husband did it.

The Kurt Sonnenfield case shown on 11/21/15 was really maddening. He killed his wife, took off to Argentina, and Argentina refuses to extradite him and he is actually seen there as some kind of poor persecuted guy. Disgusting.

Really!

I couldn't make myself understand why Argentina refused to extradite him, since their objection makes no sense. In other words, the death penalty was never on the table, and they've been assured that it will not be sought, yet they oppose extradition because of the death penalty. Huh? 

It is stupid, it's like they are acting like they believe in human rights but he wasn't oging to face the death penalty and how is protecting someone from facing murder chargers pro rights? Why is it better to protect possible criminals from a fair trial than to at least see justice is sought?

Consider the daffodil. And while you're doing that I'll be over here looking through your stuff.

Absolutely. This case just boggles my mind. Sonnenfeld has masterfully made his case about 9/11 conspiracies, human rights issues, even using his little twin daughters for his cause (deplorable), and it's confused the facts of the case for those who are all too happy to be duped by issues that cloud the truth. This is about a man who has been charged with the murder of his wife and is no better than a fugitive, pure and simple. I really can't believe the Argentine government in this. I really can't.

That guy was a real piece of work. Hopefully one day he will get what's coming to him.
