are there any really bad parts in it?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by "bad parts"? It's your standard romantic comedy. If you enjoy that sort of thing, then you'll enjoy the film.

hmmm... like drug use/sexual scenes.
I want to rent it, but my mom'll get my if it has those kinda things...

No drug use, but there are a few scenes in the film where people are simulating sex. The scenes are short and there is no acutal nudity shown, but they might be something that your mother would object too.
