Which I think is the main problem of the film. From a black or white point of view, I can't see how that's funny. A genuine (though slightly retarded) white cop get's stitched up for something he didn't do, and it tried by an all black jury, fooled into thinking he was guilty. I can't see how that's funny, and making a spoof of the Rodney King incident is funny in the slightest.

Lawrence's character is also blantatly racist, but it's ok for that to be funny cos he's black. That wouldn't be accepted at all if he was white.

I generally like Lawrence, but in this he was just bloody annoying!
