Before I even started watching this movie I was reminded of Armed and Dangerous with Eugene Levy and John Candy. When Joe Flaherty's character gives the commencement speech at Steve Zahn's security guard class I was reminded of A&D even more. Does anyone know if that scene was a nod to the old movie, or if its just really similiar?

Sorry if anyone's already posted this but I'm not scrolling through dozens of pages to find out

I totally thought it was an A&D remake
The opening sceen is very poignant
