On the IMDb trivia page for "Tadpole," it says that the title came from the game Pictionary. Does anyone know exactly how Pictionary inspired the title "Tadpole?"

Doesn't "Tadpole" mean a baby frog (larva)?

Just a wild, wild guess - but if you have to draw a tadpole while playing Pictionary, wouldn't it look suspiciously like a sperm cell? Maybe that was part of the personification of Oscar, indicating his hormones kicking in, though that's perhaps a bit of a stretch, I know.

Just noticed your post is already 7+ years old ... hope you still remember this movie!

Also the doorman calls Aaron tadpole at one point

Always thought the title referred to fact that the kid is a Francophile and French people are sometimes called frogs.
