shareJust a wild, wild guess - but if you have to draw a tadpole while playing Pictionary, wouldn't it look suspiciously like a sperm cell? Maybe that was part of the personification of Oscar, indicating his hormones kicking in, though that's perhaps a bit of a stretch, I know.
Just noticed your post is already 7+ years old ... hope you still remember this movie!
Also the doorman calls Aaron tadpole at one point
