cuz i have no idea what that means
According to the subtitles, it was "what came after slim". But it sounds like there is more to it too. I have no clue what it means though. Maybe someone else can shed some light on that one. I've tried listening to it a few times and haven't gotten it.

Well the guy was Jim's uncle, so I figured, "What came after Slim?" was a play on words, referring to Slim Jims.
