Original N64 game RE-RELEASED on XBOX 360 Live Arcade!

Rare is re-releasing "Perfect Dark" (date unconfirmed, see below) the original N64 version, enhanced with much better graphics, AND in HD!

From WikiPedia:
"Xbox Live Arcade

On June 2, 2009, Major Nelson announced via Twitter that Perfect Dark is scheduled for release on the Xbox Live Arcade in the northern-hemisphere's winter 2009, but in December 2009, Rare confirmed via Twitter that it is delayed until the first quarter of 2010. The best chance is for a February release. Confirmed additions include 1080p HD resolution and an improved frame rate. The port is being handled by 4J Studios.[41]

On June 5, 2009, it was confirmed that the port would offer updated HD visuals, local multiplayer for up to four players, online multiplayer, a leaderboard system and run at 60 frames per second.[42] Several screenshots have also been released over time, and even a leaked gameplay video."

MAN, I wish they would do the same with the original "GoldenEye",
either on the 360, and/or Wii Virtual console. Who cares about who owns the rights? Everyone would make a lot of money on that!

Downloaded it this past week. Even though Rare sucks these days, they did an awesome job re-releasing this game on the 360 Arcade. They didn't change the game at all other than the improved graphics and online play. It's schweet!!!

Bought it from xbox live and i enjoyed it all over again, though i do like being able to use both sticks to aim versus the old C buttons.

I'm glad rare basically just gave it a cosmetic makeover, but i have 2 complaints.

Well one complaint over 2 characters, i did enjoy the remake of jo and elvis, but Trent and Mr. Blonde were disasters. They did look evil and menacing in the N64 version but here on xbox live i kinda laugh when Mr. Blonde threatens Cassandra.
