Help w/ a Scene

Could someone clarify a scene? Where Blood asks Tom to show up at his still-unopened club. He appears to seduce Tom into telling him what he said to Fatal. Then Tom apologizes & Blood gives him a job? Am I missing something? Do they make love (off-camera?) after the scene cut? Or is there a scene missing from the R-rated version?
