You, my friend, have never seen a Pasolini or a Gaspar Noe or a Sam Peckinpah or an early Peter Jackson movie...
For a "theater geek" you don't know much about cinema if you think this is the most vile and disgusting film ever.

Are you on crack??? I find this film to be vile and at times almost offensive. How does this film have anything to do with "cinema". And "theatre geek" means just that, theatre, not necessarily film although I love movies. This movie is a pile of garbage.

I mean "cinema" as an art form. That is how I thought you were using it. This yes is a film and therefore is cinematic. However, it is not the art that is cinema. I don't understand you, how can anyone think this is a good movie.
