He's being too modest. All of his movies play in hell. The neveending Ashton Kuchar film festival is the new sixth ring of hell, just ahead of the Jamie Kennedy film festival.

This movie wasnt that bad, although it was lame. I think Michael Madsen and Terence Stamp saved it from being an epic fail.

Not surprising as the comedy acting was wooden, lame and contrived throughout the movie.
