This movie aired on prime time network TV once, then disappeared. Much of it was chopped up and re-used for the first 5 episodes of the subsequent TV series (which has just been released on DVD). But in doing so, they omitted the movie's entire prologue, which was set in Nazi Germany. Unfortunately, the movie is not included in the DVD set, and as far as I can tell, it has never been released on video. Does anyone have a copy of this?

Yes, I have a copy and it's great- in addition to the prologue other short sequences appear that were not in the series. Hopefully it will get its own release soon.

I suspect people were offering to buy/sell illegal copies.
