I missed the very end...

I taped this off of Lifetime, but apparently didn't tape long enough. The parents were having Thanksgiving dinner with just one daughter and her family and the grandmother. They mentioned Beth was going to school. I'm sure it was almost over, but if someone could fill me in on what I missed, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
