Is it just me or does that apartment from the trailer look like the same apartment (with the same smashed window) from "The Bourne Identity"?

Well, I can't remember exactly which city in "The Bourne Identity" had the scene in the apartment (Zurich? Paris?) but one spacious, barely furnished, European flat pretty much looks like the next. I wouldn't strain myself trying to find a cinematic connection between the two.
