Is this movie a comedy?

If not, it's unintentionally hilarious at least in how badly miscast Mark Wahlberg is. The best performance in this movie was by Simon Abkarian's mustache.

It's attempt to be stylish fall flat. It's just silly.

That short French guying showing up to sing out of the blue.
